One day I was sitting alone and I was remembering my school days. I was remembering how we all friends used to have fun, how we use to poke into each others love lives, how we use to tease them, and how we use to make fun of all the teachers, and suddenly I realized that now I am not in contact with many of my school friends, I don’t even know where they are and what are they doing? So many questions about their lives started surrounding me. I was also keen to know about my school, my teachers. I realized how with increasing competition and fast race of life, some or the other end we all have went so far from our friends, our social circle has reduced so much, at that point I wished that I have something so that I can re-search about my friends and know about them, and I was lucky that I have ORKUT, FACEBOOK types of social networking sites where I can search the whole world. I logged on and searched my school friends and now today I feel proud when I have all my friends and classmates again with me and it feels so good to know now that how they felt about me earlier and now what they feel about me, how their lives have changed and much more.
i can poke them and tease them on these sites. can see their pictures, videos and can play games with them again. thoght they are not there physically with me, but they are still there.
Thanks to these social networking sites that helped me making re-entry into my friend’s lives.

Some call it ‘Hardly Required’, while others prefer ‘Harassing Resource’. What are we talking about? HR = once known as ‘Human Resources’. With changing times, the Human got lost somewhere and the Resources are no more accessible. We’ve all had our rather unpleasant experiences (99% of the time) with this species that every company hires to bring some method to madness.

We’ve all waited with baited breath for that one call or one email. But they just don’t bother to convey the response – especially if it’s negative. It happens many a times that the person goes with all his preparations to meet these people and what answer he gets his, “wait outside, madam/sir is busy”; why these people always keep themselves away from world, why they don’t have time for others, and they don’t want to talk to anybody waiting outside in the offices.
During the interviews when they get lots of applicants and they take interviews what answers they generally give “ we’ll get back to you/ we’ll call you for the next round/hope to see you again”; people go in hope and keep waiting for their response, and if the answer is no, how much it demotivates the person is really inexpressible. HR people you will generally fine very good in communication skills and they dominate so much in any company that nobody in the office will like to say a word about them, god knows when the person is transferred or gets the pink slip.
This is not the end, other statements an applicant generally gets from them is “waiting for the top management’s decision / the decision maker is not in town”, what a way to avoid somebody. These people really know this art of killing a person and not even letting them know this.
With the beginning of new era last year, “RECESSION”, has given a new clause to HR people to avoid people , “the position is on hold”, the classic one. This is generally the answer when you call the HR people these days and what it means,” Forget that you even went to this company for an interview. Put on hold all the dreams you ever had to join them”.
people cant even make out why tehy have been rejected after being so good, as the GOD(HUMAN RESOURCE”, has rejected them; everytime a applicant feels failure he tries to rebuild the courage to re stand but always keeping in mind human “re-source”.
Candidates go with dreams in their eyes and get wounded by these so called human resource people, I really wonder are these “human resource” or “harassing resource”?

Yesterday, when I was with my friends, somebody said that girls can not work in politics; this made me think that is that true?

It has been a question always whether women can play a dual role of politician and a house wife successfully???

Women in politics are always been seen with an eye of disrespect, people don’t want to see women in politics. The same condition as earlier it was that girls can do nothing except cooking at homes.  Girls have always proved the men society that they can do anything, but still girls are not getting that much support from their own families, neighbors, and friends. They are always been questioned. I can never understand that why it is that always girls have to prove themselves?

Why girls have to say that “yes we can do this”? Are Rani Laxmi Bai, Indira Gandhi, Kiran Bedi, Kalpana Chawala, Sonia Gandhi, Aishwarya Rai, Sania Mirza, and Hillary Clinton, not enough to tell the whole world that girls are also capable of doing everything? Girls are not less than boys anyway, but still…….

I know that after Indira Gandhi, no women has done good in politics in INDIA, but saying this that girls can do nothing in politics , is not correct. Whatever the condition is today, it is because these days whosoever is there in politics, they are not working for INDIA, but for themselves, and to dominate one or the other. For example, Mayawati wants to dominate Mulayam Singh & Lalu Prasad Yadav. Mamta Banerjee wants to show her power to Lalu & Nitish. They forget that they don’t need to prove their existence to anybody but only to themselves and need to work for their country and not for their particular city, or their states. But is it not true that all the men in politics are also doing the same thing, then why people say that women are not able to play politics. It is actually the politics they are doing inside their home along with INDIAN men and destroying their own country.

I don’t know that girls should be in politics or not, but I think that if girls can enter it and play for their nation like Indira Gandhi , then they should be welcomed and not seen with a question in eyes. Give opportunities and they will prove.

I would say that this question would have not arisen if everybody must be performing his/her duty properly.

So stop questioning on the identity of girls and start working as a MAN, its high time now!This article is to tell the whole men society that stop questionning and start working. Because men+women makes the world and not men alone.

Each month I get several emails from my friends which got very interesting subject but when I open it, I only become disappointed. Recent to the list was yesterday when I received chain series of email from my friends subjecting “Microsoft is paying you”. Today I thought I should take a look at them but when in the morning I went through one of them my left brain got stuck with the idea where we are even at this century where we speak about modernization and so many hi-fi things. This mail was carrying the same and same message as its ancestors used to deliver. What message? The message was loud and clear. Let’s share it…

Does one know the population of internet savvy world is 1668870408 and Bill’s total asset is 59.2 billion dollars? If assume that Mr. Gate has done a simple analysis then he will never favour this idea because according the stats I provide the only will be left with 311$ for each person by selling his entire asset if he only want to give payment for a single mail. The persons who sent these to me were sending it to 100 more. God help Bill now, he has to take a loan to pay everyone for this.

What is the point? My whole point is this mail is nothing but another spam mail. But people who are intelligent (I guess), working as big bosses in some company still fall in this trap. These mails only give you one benefit and that is harvesting the email address of you and your friends for future promotional and spam mails. This is also similar to mails which states – forward to your friends or you will be struck with bad luck. We are so superstitious till date we keep sending these mails sometime knowing that they are spammers, because deep down we are still keeping our superstitions alive. No mail is going to pay you; no mail is going to share good luck, and no mails from some Asian, African country not going to share fortune with you.  

So what is the bottom line? Grow up and stop helping those spammers. It is for your good and it’s for good of your friends. Nobody wants to make their email inbox a junkyard.

Scrapping, messaging, chatting, postscrap, has become a new language of today’s generation. Making new friends, getting to the whole new world of imagination, or a real world, depends on your luck or the amount of risk one dares to take. Social networking sites like ORKUT, FACEBOOK are providing this platform to people to make new friends and search old ones.

But does getting connected and making new friends through these sites is so reliable?

 Does they give you a real face of the person you are connected?

Can we make a person our friend without meeting, just by liking his or her profile or profile pic??

These questions sometimes make me think that when we know that making friends through these sites is risky then why is it that orkutting is so famous and new business of the world. Why people go for them and have become addicted. Not only students but also our adults are joining them and exploring these sites. Though crimes have also arose through these sites but nobody is bothered about them, so whats so facinating about these sites? Why companies, institutes target these sites to publicize them?

Why knowingly that pictures can be downloaded everybody uploads pics on these sites??

Its good when one uses them postively and search for them those who have got separated llong time back and are not in contact, I myself have got so many friends who I didn’t even remember through orkut but making new friends without knowing them has not been my job ever. I don’t even go for buying of products just by watching their fascinating ads on these sites; I try to explore the products more. Because I think that brand promotion is the company job and they will do anything to attract us, it’s our duty to understand them and search about them, and same goes with people. Make people your friend when you can trust them blindly and not just to fill your books through unkown faces so that one day you can call your book as FACEBOOK.

BE PRECAUTIOUS AS IT’S OUR LIFE; AT LAST NOBODY CARES EXCEPT THAT WE ARE LEFT WITH TEARS IN EYES.

DON’T GO BY FACE OF THE BOOK, GO BY THE CONTENT!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I was reading e-paper and I went through an article that really shocked me.

Killing of tigers has been an issue for past many years, but unfortunately no proper measures have been taken to protect them. The recent news from Business-Standard states that from January till now 66 tigers have been killed and that really show how brutal human being has become.

Contrary to the popular notion, poaching is not the only reason for the disappearance of tigers, though it remains an important factor. Of the 66 big cats that have died this year, 23 are believed to be the victims of illegal hunters; the others died on account of in-fighting because of diminishing prey, tiger-human conflict, poor health cover and old age. This apart, the forest guards, who are meant to protect the tigers from their killers, remain inadequate in numbers and still lack appropriate equipment and training (all issues that were pointed out five years ago, when Sariska lost its last tiger). These guards, wielding sticks and archaic guns, and moving about in rickety vehicles, are out-smarted by poachers who are said to be armed quite often with automatic weapons. Moreover, there has been no fresh recruitment of guards for over a decade. As a result, the average age of forest guards has risen to around 50 years. Besides, most staff in the sanctuaries lacks scientific knowledge of resource and habitat management. (As per the news article)

 This really shows that how government has not been much concerned about the tigers in wild life sanctuaries. The steps are been taken only on papers and not been implemented. I would really appreciate efforts of government if
some active measures are been taken and something should be done in developing more the green forest cover for our national animal TIGER.

I would like to put this point that if we can’t give them something then we have no right to take anything from them,
i.e. THEIR LIVES.
